Full & Express Workouts![]() Two types of exercise sessions are offered: full workouts (1 hour) and express workouts (1/2 hour). Full workouts consist of a warm-up period, aerobic training, weight training, and a stretching session. Express workouts consist of a brief warm-up with 30 minutes of weight training and stretching.
