Fitness Assessment
In-depth, one hour initial fitness assessment with a personal trainer. Includes cardio evaluation, flexibility assessment, strength evaluation, posture assessment and body mechanics review, girth measurements and percent body fat evaluation. $75
Personal Training
One-on-one personal training. Trainer assesses your fitness goals and evaluates body mechanics and weaknesses. During hour long session, trainer will custom develop core exercises and routines and that work on balance, strength and flexibility. A package is suggested but not required. Call the studio for a custom plan to suit your needs. Sessions are $65 per hour.
Golf Fitness Evaluation
One-on-one hour-long evaluation with an exercise physiologist trained in golf swing mechanics. Assessment of posture, flexibility, stability and weaknesses with recommendations for injury prevention, stretching and strength exercises. = $80.

Tennis Training
Personal Training specifically desinged for tennis players with an evaluation of player's individual needs related to strength, flexibility, balance, endurance and injury prevention. Fitness Inside & Out trainers are recognized for their work with some of the area's top competitive junior tennis players. Six sessions = $390 ($65 per hour)
Personal Training for Weight Loss
One-on-one personal training for weight loss to provide the motivation and accountability needed for success. Includes food log review and diet evaluation. Our programs emphasize healthy weight loss with whole foods cooking and orgranic menus without processed ingredients. Six sessions = $390 ($65 per hour)
