About Us
At Fitness Inside & Out, our well-trained and experienced staff is our most important asset. Since 1994, clients have trusted locally-owned and operated Fitness Inside & Out for personal training and post rehab care. Our clients value the fact that we have no contracts, no memberships, and no big and crowded gym. Our clients value the personal attention they receive from our expert staff and enjoy working out in a small private studio.
Our staff members hold master’s or bachelor’s degrees in health science fields.
What makes Fitness Inside & Out unique is that we have the ability to train a diverse client population. Our diverse client population ranges from teens to 90-year-olds. Our clients bring us total hip and knee replacements, rotator cuff injuries, and various back conditions. We have nationally competitive athletes with sports injuries and older clients with weight loss challenges. We do extensive evaluations on flexibility, cardiovascular health, strength, and balance. We emphasize chemical-free nutritional programs that focus on whole foods, organic foods, and seasonal menus.
Whether a client wants to receive indivudal or small group training, a neuromuscular massage with one of our highly trained massage therapists, or take one of our small nutritional classes that include demonstrations from an acclaimed organic and whole foods professional chef, we cater to each client’s individual needs.
